Emotional Well being Support

We all need some support in managing our emotional well-being  and someone to help us to focus and set goals and reflect on how we are using our energy. Sometimes we need to unlearn the messages we have learned in our upbringing which are no longer working for us and feel a sense of choice in how we would like to live our life going forwards. I can work with you to put together a realistic plan that works for you. at your pace. 

1:1 sessions for individuals & couples

Talking to someone who is empathetic and giving their full attention can lead to insight into sometimes confusing or difficult thoughts and feelings.

Community referrals

If you need to refer a client for individual or family therapy or feel they would benefit from one of the programmes I offer get in contact. I currently receive referrals from Local Authorities, Charities, Solicitors and Insurance companies.
